Empezamos a tostar en 2019, en familia, con una idea sencilla: que el mejor café de México se quede en México y se cuente con el nombre de quien lo cultiva.
El nombre llegó durante la pandemia, como recordatorio diario de lo que importa: la salud, la casa y la familia.
Los lunes por la mañana tostamos en la sala, a la vista de quien quiera mirar. El resto de la semana servimos, enseñamos y acompañamos a otras personas a abrir su propia cafetería.

We started roasting in 2019, as a family, with one simple idea: the best coffee grown in Mexico should stay in Mexico and be told with the name of the person who grew it.
The name came during the pandemic, as a daily reminder of what matters: health, home and family.
On Monday mornings we roast in the tasting room, in full view of anyone who wants to watch. The rest of the week we serve, teach and help others open coffee shops of their own.
